Which charts are available: Any Nautical chart can be be chosen, Admiralty, Imray or NOAA, only original charts are used to ensure no enfringment of copyright
How are the charts lit: The charts are lit by high quality light emitting diodes and fibre optics which are rated at over 100,000 hours continuous use, each light is controlled by a micro-prossesor that has been specifically programmed for each individual chart.
How is the chart powered: They are mains powered and come with a 90 to 264V AC power supply input and comes supplied complete with UK, European, USA and Australian pins as standard. A discreetly placed switch is fitted to make it easy to switch on and off.
Which lights can be lit: At Guiding Light Charts we can programme any light be it a lighthouse, cardinal bouy, lateral mark, special marker, leading lights, danger mark or any light shown on a nautical chart to Flash/Display to the exact colour and sequence assigned to it.
How many lights are lit: 30 lights as standard are selected and lit to give the most balanced and aesthetically pleasing chart. Depending on the chart chosen a maximumof 50 lights can be lit, please call or email us so options can be discussed.
Can I choose which lights I would like lit: Absolutely, we are happy to discuss your preferences and incorporate them into the chart, making your chart personal and unique
How is the chart protected: The chart is protected by a special UV coating which gives it durability and eliminates the need for glass avoiding reflections and making them viewable in all light conditions.
What are the frames made of: All frames are made from quality hardwood and finished with four different choices of veneer and each chart comes fitted with hiqh quality heavy duty hangers and arrive ready to hang with all necessary fittings included
How are the charts packaged and delivered: Every chart is fully insured and sent with a trusted courier and packed in custom protective made boxes that ensure they reach you in pristine condition
How much do the charts cost: Charts start at £499. Just contact us with your choice of chart and any preferences and we will provide you with a detailed price inclusive of delivery
